• Schedule your service with convenience based on availability.

Confirmation and Booking:

• Receive a confirmation within 1-2 hours via email or phone call.

• Confirmation includes service details and a unique booking ID for easy reference.

Service Day Reminder:

• Get a helpful reminder as the service day approaches.

• Details include service specifics and the estimated arrival time of the mobile collector or instructions for visiting the testing facility.

Collector Enroute Notification:

• Receive a notification when the mobile collector is approximately 30 minutes away.

Collector Arrival Update:

• Stay informed with an update when the mobile collector arrives at the specified location or testing facility.

Identification and Sample Collection:

• Present your donor pass and a valid ID to the mobile collector or testing facility staff before the collection process begins.

Paperwork and Sample Shipping:

• After collection, receive necessary paperwork, including consent forms and chain of custody documents.

• Collected samples are shipped on the same day if gathered before the 6 PM Eastern Standard Time cutoff.

Laboratory Processing and Results:

• Gain access to a unique tracking number or login credentials for the online portal.

• Track sample progress in real-time.

• Most test results available within 24-72 hours; specific tests may have extended processing times.

• Immediate results for oral fluid and breath alcohol analysis; MRO services may require an additional processing day.

Online Portal Access and Follow-Up:

• Securely access results through the user-friendly online portal.

• Alternatively, receive follow-up communications, such as result notifications, via email or phone for added convenience.
